Just glance inside - our thought life

Pause, relax, sit on a chair and perhaps put an empty chair opposite you and imagine its simply you sitting there, what do you see inside? Just use the calm supernatural imagination God has given us in these brief moments. Its not difficult to work out when we run an internal heath check to say to ourselves well what's going on in my inner thought life? What am I processing or what is processing me?

Anything that's positive is from the Lord as we've said before -

Everything in Him is Yes and Amen

Internal Heath Check (The Mind)

Exhale what's clearly not of Lord in our thought life e.g. things inside that don't sound at all like Jesus - they've absolutely got to go. They simply bring no Life.

Inhale a scripture - let the words permeate all inside. He has given all of us supernatural imagination its simply kindled by the power of life in scripture as it enters the human spirit and because its His word His Spirit our glorious Holy Spirit lifts, edifies and fortifies us as we meditate in it or on it if that works for you..

Jesus said the words that I speak to you they are Spirit and they are Life and that is certainly true, it is an extraordinary voyage of discovery as Jesus is Eternal His word is Eternal He is The beginning and He is the End.

As we inhale His words they are Life and so fortify our thinking and enable access to both realms.

So start with for example Psalm 119 v15 which says I will meditate on Your precepts, And look into (contemplate) Your ways.

(Practical) readjustment to the Mind of Christ - As you see inside ask yourself is it positive or is it negative? If its positive its from God because as St Paul said 'everything' in Him is Yes and Amen if its negative its simply from the enemy (the thief comes to kill and destroy lie, steal, deprecate, accuse and deceive etc.
