"20,000+ new believers!

“Over 20,000 catechumens in France are expected to be baptized during Easter 2026, marking a 20% increase compared to baptisms in 2025” According to an annual survey published by the French bishops' conference March 25, over 13,200 adults and over 8,100 adolescents will be baptized during the April 4 Easter Vigil

The new figures mark a sustained increase in overall baptisms, particularly adults, compared to 2016, when just over 4,100 adults were baptized.

Catechumens: catechumens are those receiving instruction in the basic doctrines of Christianity before admission to communicant membership in a church so they are converts to Christianity receiving training in doctrine and discipline before baptism.

In a letter published with the survey, French Archbishop Olivier de Germay of Lyon said the increased numbers "continue to surprise." "While we have long sensed the difficulty—if not the inability—of our consumer society to respond to the deepest aspirations of the human person, we are nevertheless struck by the suddenness and the scale of the thirst for God that is being expressed today," Archbishop de Germay wrote. However, he added, the Church's greatest challenge is "to accompany them over time, enabling them to become disciples, and thus full members of parish communities."

The quality of asking is shaped by our understanding of our identity. (Asking someone we know and love and almost anticipating a favourable response is easier with family and very close friends than it is with a stranger

If a little time is spent viewing the graphics they change subtly - if we spend time with The Lord we'll change deeply...

He’s made us His children therefore He is become our Father therefore we are brothers and sisters (siblings of Jesus filled with His life and profoundly interconnected with Him by His eternal washing and because He has made us Priests and Kings. Systematic theology and religion do not live in this as it is His Life.

We are the interface between Heaven and Earth and vice versa and as the body of Christ we are interlinked with His Holy Spirit

What is so astounding is that we, as His offspring, are designed as The body of Christ to reflect His Glory and as He is the brightest part of the Glory of God so His children will collectively reflect that incandescence.

I would never have been able to comprehend the majesty of the knowledge of these Words of Life in Scripture before my Encounter with His Glorious Heart and Presence and I was not aware of how much He wishes to share with His Children...
