The enemies greatest weapon against the believer isn’t temptation it’s accusation that is because temptation attacks emotional system behaviour patterning whilst accusation is a direct attack on IDENTITY and it’s from within this inner identity locale lies the immutability of who and where we are in Jesus that is a primary target area, its subtle and its relentless.
This is where we can say NO because actually:
I dare say systematic theology devices will perhaps always try to re position us into the miserable sinners zone but that’s not what scripture says - Why would one who is already seated in heavenly places spend all their days in a defensive posture rather than a full blows designed attack, from a position of more than strength (we're not even conquerors but in supernatural reality more than conquerors).
There's a serious methodology in our thought life whereby 'if' we entertain chew over, cogitate, consider, dwell, in or facilitate non-Holy thought processes the enemy can quite simple gain traction the thoughts themselves get a grip/hold on the process and then it’s a downward spiral and the thought dynamics will always lead away from the purity of Holy relational Love with Father and will attempt a simple return us to our old earth base or religion.
This is not at all where our hybrid spirits live as we live, breath, function and exist in Him so the battleground is mainly in the mind (we might discuss at least two or even three other battlegrounds in due course but the primary one is inside each of us) Letter to The Ephesians 1-3, Colossians 1-3 speak aloud into the world around firmly and assertively though all realms this is the immutable reality don’t rush these verses! ie Colossians 1:13 NKJV He has delivered us from the power of darkness and transferred/conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, that’s where we are let’s unpack this verse a bit and there are many of The Already verses that make these eternal declarations these verses last for all time Paul had not just seem the risen Jesus!! but had been to the third heaven the holy place and had seen these things. This therefore is our eternal reality not the miserable sinners diversion that most Christian’s still think is their natural identity. It’s difficult to grasp outside of direct encounter .
